1. Who we are

Vibrant Living Experience ("VLE," "we," "us") provides life coaching programs, materials, and the VLE Hub client platform operated by Brent & Jamie Martin. By using this website, booking a call, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Coaching is not professional advice

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional for medical, mental health, financial, or legal matters.

3. Programs and payments

Program details, pricing, and payment plans are presented at checkout or in your agreement with us. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Unless otherwise stated in your program agreement, all fees are non-refundable because coaching delivers its value through participation over time.

4. Your account and the VLE Hub

When you enroll, you receive access to the VLE Hub. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account. You may not copy, resell, or distribute program materials, videos, workbooks, or other content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Results disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Results depend on your effort, circumstances, and choices. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your results.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Coaching calls may be rescheduled with advance notice through your booking link. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Program cancellation terms are defined in your enrollment agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VLE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, Hub, or coaching services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim.
