1. What we collect
When you apply for a call, book a session, enroll in a program, or use the VLE Hub, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to application questions. Inside the Hub we also store your goals, check-ins, tasks, progress results, and messages you share with your coach.
2. How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your application and sessions, deliver the coaching program, personalize your Hub experience, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Messages and reminders
By booking a call or enrolling, you agree to receive email, text, and in-app messages related to your program, including appointment reminders and coaching communications. You can reply STOP to text messages at any time or ask us to stop emailing you.
4. Your journal is private
Journal entries, weekly reflections, life visions, and Letters to God that you write in the Hub are private to you. Your coaches can see program progress and results — such as assessments, tasks, and check-ins — to support your coaching, but not your private journaling.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that power this site and our business — such as our hosting, database, scheduling, and payment providers — under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client and afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, or coaching-record obligations. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing brent@vle.life.
7. Security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
